The ideal candidate must be passionate about radio, be team-oriented, self-motivated, ability to think out-of-the box with a minimum of 3 years of sales/marketing with a demonstrated record of success in the field. Need to understand how NTR impacts radio. We are looking for an aggressive; growth oriented individual to add to the team. This individual should be able to "Walk the Talk" with Program Directors, DOS's and Sales Managers at the Broadcast level. Candidates with previous radio/television experience and/or a background in communications is required. Intimate knowledge and passion for promotion and marketing a must.
Job Requirements:
Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Word, Excel, MS Outlook, PowerPoint, database management. Must be a self starter, detail oriented, team player, adaptable, able to deal with rejection and be flexible. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and proactive, consistently demonstrating the following key traits: effective listener, approachability, flexibility, and reliability. This position carries heavy in-house phone activity. Must maintain a professional and positive attitude in sensitive situations. College education and/or extensive experience preferred.
