Do they take care of things on the music licensing end of things?

No, the broadcaster deals directly with SoundExchange. However, what Securenet will do is provide you with a downloadable log with all of the pertinent data and in a format that SoundEx accepts. You simply turn in this log and SoundEx calculates the payment. If you're a small broadcaster the payment is made just once a year.
