It's not really Northern New England radio, but as I herald from NNE, maybe this message will be justified.

Got a whole new crew coming in, with a new NCOIC that has 20 or so years of radio experience and he's reportedly zoned in on making an excellent radio product.

Just in time for me to not give a rat's ass anymore. :'(

Well, I'm pleased to say I've gotten out of my funk, in large part due to the great new crew that has rotated in! Still no dice with the reclass, although I'm told I can resubmit sometime around April. Not sure where that'll go, but I suppose I should take comfort that there are a lot of people rooting for me, even if it doesn't come to fruition. 8)

Hmmm... they want me on daily from 6:30 to 9:30pm to be joined by an Army counterpart. Very encouraging. Wonder if my non-radio bosses will let me skip out of 2 of the 12 hours of duty to do it? ???

It's either that or bust because the specialty show I was doing is cancelled for a more uniform-sounding CHR format. :-\
