AFR 89.1 WJJE Delaware to go local.

Too bad their signal (at least on paper) isn't stronger into Columbus. I'd love to see them give WCVO a run...

They are also going to do the same thing with their Grove City frequency...same guy is overseeing both of the stations but not sure exactly what they are looking to do other than extract a few more dollars from each community.

I didn't know they where going to do that with the GC Signal too.. Last time I tuned into the GC signal this week it was still airing 'AFR-Talk' which it has since that network launched..

I do know eric (the Guy running the station in Delaware now) apperently has a studio location picked out to run the 89.1 station from... from the FB page for AFR 89.1 they plan to be doing local stuff in about 2 months...

(89.1's previous setup was nothing more than a shed with a satellite dish next to their tower site in rural morrow county) ... 88.1's current site is not much more than that .. except it's co-located on a Cell tower near darbyville.

By "same thing" do you mean live and local or that WWGC is going INSPO?

I do not follow their format. I do know factually that they are going to be live and local in grove city.

I do not remember the guys name. If you find the Grove City station on facebook there is an 800 number on the page...call that number and that will send you too their engineering department and they will be able to direct you to their contact person in the area.

Hope that is helpful too you.
