I'm near Birmingham, AL here. It's around 3 pm CT. Pulling in several stations from the Laredo, TX area:

KRRG 98.1 Laredo (via station ID at top of hour)
KNEX 106.1 Laredo (via commercial mentioning Laredo)
KQUR 94.9 Laredo (via commercial mentioning Laredo)
spanish programming on 89.9 (KBNL Laredo?)
spanish programming on 103.3 (XHAHU, Ciudad Anahuac in MX?)
spanish programming on 101.1 (KNVO Port Isabel, TX?)
two spanish stations battling it out on 107.3 (XHGTS Nuevo Laredo, MX and ?)

Spanish on 103.3 could also be KJOJ FM out of Freeport/Houston; they rebroadcast KTJM 98.5 Port Arthur/Houston "La Raza". KLOL (101.1) Houston has a Spanish Language format as well.
