I didn't know where to post this, so since it was from the past, I thought, well, maybe....

"AFVN" stands for "American Forces Viet Nam" and if I'm not mistaken, was an extension of AFRTS, American Forces Radio & TV Service...

This archive's audio was open for a while, but is now down, although one can reach it through this link:

There is one particular recording I'm interested in, in case anyone knows where it cvan be had, since none of the audio is accessable at this link above any more...that is one of Gary Gears (mis-spelled "Garry" on the link) under the heading, "1968 A.D.: A Year In The Life Of Man". If I would have known the links to the audio would have been lost, I'd have downloaded it right away, BUT, in the world of computers and Internet, it was there one day, gone literally the next....

I tried e-mailing the website manager & anyone else involved with the website:

But everything comes back "undeliverable"....can anyone help me get this particular audio, please? Thank you.
