AGENTS FOR ON AIR TALENT - Pros? Cons? Who's the best?

I'm a pretty bright guy with an MBA, a brother who's a lawyer and track record of good ratings. Never had an agent though. What are the pros and cons? What's the normal take? Who are some of the best? I've heard of Eatman and Schrutt. Eatman has a website, Schrutt doesn't (or I can't find it). If you were me, who would you call and why? (Contact info might help too).
