Well, who do you want to believe... right wing blogs and Newsmax or the investigators. The former, when not peddling stuff ranging from Vince Foster murder plots, Hillary lesbian tales, and Democrats being in league with Osama bin Laden, are saying it or the DOI, which denies they are investigating Air America Radio, that AAR has nothing to do with their investigation, and that there are no active leads in that direction.

Answer? The right wing blogs apparently.

When a government official tells you something, there's only one thing you can be sure of: that's what the government wants you to believe, to serve its own interests.

Personally, I'd believe the outcome of an investigation by
a Special Prosecutor. If he/she says all's OK, so be it.
But whoever it is needs to be reallllyyyy thorough. I'd
trust the outcome by an SP much, much more than, for example,
a Congressional Hearing!

That's been true for a long time now.

Ironic justice on a side note: The record industry in their zeal to stop wrongdoing sues file sharers for their criminal activity, turn around and take that settlement money and illegally pay off radio people to play their product. Winner: Lawyers.
