Aircheck formatting (for my site)

Hi all.
I'm looking at my site and am starting to realize the inconsistancy of formatting.
Everyone has things labeled ddifferently.
How can I better organize this?
I'd like to organize everything in this way.
all the cassettes
From:
Freq - Call letters (Format)
City, State
Date, Time DJ
Special notes
All the CD's
From:
Freq - Call letters (Format)
City, State
Date, Time DJ
Special notes

How might I go about doing such a task?
Lots of the airchecks I have the person who sent them to me didn't list the jock in question, and formatted the listing differently.
But I think it is about time I do a revamping on the site before I get to many airchecks.
The pages I feel need work are Airchecks Recorded by Other Traders, and Airchecks Recorded in Sands Point, NY, Philly Tapes, DC Tapes, Airchecks Recorded while in The Villages, Florida.
I'm not goign to ask you guys to do all of the work for me, but how might I go about figgureing out the missing information and reformatting this to my likeing?
Also, how can I clean up the unneccisery messy HTML code that was generated by Microsoft Word?
Thanks for any ideas!
John

Just an example as taken from my site...
93.3 - WFLZ (CHR)
"93/3 - FLZ, Tampa's#1 Hit Music Channel
Tampa, FL
4/28/2004, 12 AM to 1 AM
Andy Kovacs

There is no missing information there, and anyone who gets the aircheck knows exactly what is to be expected.
Thanks again,
John
