Aircheck of the First Day as WLS-FM

I found this aircheck from another radio message board is the aircheck of the first day as WLS-FM with Dick Biondi. I'm not a fan of Chicago radio, but I prefer New York radio as well. This was from about two weeks ago back on 6/26/08 from WLS-FM in Chicago, the city where animator Walt Disney was born. Here is that aircheck, enjoy!

A lot of "5's" for Dick Biondi this month..........

It was just over 45 years ago that Biondi did late nights on WLS-AM.

Last week was exactly 25 years to the week after Biondi returned to Chicago radio to stay, brought in as a guest host on WBBM-FM (yes - now B96) for mornings.

And, Dick's age is at 75 until September.

Thanx for the aircheck. While I'm not a big fan of Biondi, I respect the fact that he has lasted so long in this market.
