Through the directory of AAC web-streams at "Airplay Radio" from the Netherlands. I was pleased to discover that Airplay Radio's playlist is very much Adult Contemporary, except with a much expanded variety compared to the AC stations that us North Americans have come to know. If your computer is equipped to listen to AAC web streams (using either VLC for Macintosh), I think you'll be in for quite a treat; Airplay Radio offers both a 32 kbps stream for dialup users and a 64 kbps stream for broadband users (but as I type this, for some reason the 64 kbps stream isn't working, although it was last night).
Here's a sample playlist, based upon what I've heard so far -- in many cases, I had to Google the lyrics to find the artist and title information, because quite a few of these songs I had never heard before. Airplay Radio reminds me a lot of Muzak's AC-type channels -- plenty of excellent music, including well-known hits as well as obscure album tracks and songs which were never released in the USA at all....
