AJ from Q102

Hey,

Does anyone know what happened from AJ who did afternoons at Q102 in the late 1990s? I knew he went to WZPL in Indy; last I heard, he was doing production at KDWB.

Thanks,

Roby

AJ left KDWB in late 2008, moved to Milwaukee, and started Imaging Chop Shop, a barter based Voiceover and Imaging company that reps several voice talents. He's also retained by Clear Channel for voice/imaging several markets....

...and I have it on pretty good authority that he still loves Cincy, the Reds, and gets back to eat at the waterfront at least once a year.

Other great Q 102 personalities from that era: There are a few left blank if anyone knows where they are.

Mark Sebastian in Fla.
Brian Douglas. Still at Q last I heard
Chris and Jannen. Also still in Cinci.
Jim Fox. Sad story. What a talent. Where is he now!
Mark Elliott. In radio somewhere. Another great personality.
Pat Berry. ?
Was there a Chris Elliot at one time?

Feel free to jump in with people I have forgotten. A great station at a great time in radio.

Mark Elliott posts to this board every so often. I believe he is in Indiana...Evansville?

Pat Berry still fills in as weather guy at local FOX affiliate 19.

Jim Fox story (G-rated)

Way back in 1978, he came into the Steak 'n Shake on Beechmont Ave where I was a waiter. He was driving a Corvette and made sure everybody saw it. He sat in my section. The entire staff recognized him. I was a die-hard WEBN fan at that time, so I wasn't impressed. Although I knew who he was, I treated him like every other customer. As I was taking his order he couldn't stand being ignored.

He finally blurted out "Do you know who I am? I'm Jim Fox."

I looked at him and said "So?"

He had no answer for that.

I don't remember if he tipped me or not. :)
