Al Roney Question

I heard parts of Al’s debut yesterday but not enough to answer one question I have concerning his program’s presentation. I rarely listened to his WGY show due to it’s time slot.
My question is, will Al Roney’s show be user friendly with people who are not my way or the highway conservatives or liberals? In other words, will people who think outside the Limbaugh and his clones or Air America box find a welcome environment to discuss real ideas? This question comes up partly of Al’s involvement as a M/C at a local Tea Party rally.

So set me straight Roney fans, is Al on the level?

With all the hoopla concerning Al's change of venue including scads of comments in the Albany Times Union I'm somewhat surprised.
So far he sounds OK. No Dan Lynch as far as content but good radio chops.

I think he sounds like he never left.
