Alan Freed is no longer with BPM/XM

Alan Freed has been released from BPM. He is off the website.
I blame that idiot Skyy - He wants BPM to be like KTU.
When Alan programmed BPM by himself it was awesome.
 
I notice that Alan Freed wasn't on the air this morining and yes BPM sounds like WKTU-FM. Before Skyy came to BPM Alan Freed did a really good job with the dance music on XM. I am about to be getting tired of BPM playlist over and over again.
 
The Decline of BPM on XM

The decline of BPM started the day Skyy was hired. Since then the channel has become dominated by club mixes instead of the great music played when Alan Freed was programming director. Skyy is an arrogant egotistical [EDIT] I constantly wonder why any man would actually call himself Skyy. Alan Freed was a great personality who actually treated his audience with respect. I talked to him many times on the phone and he was nothing short of courteous. The DJ's they have now are arrogant and rude and you can't even get through to them by phone. The BPM playlist now suggests that 90 percent of its audience is hispanic or all live either in NYC or Miami. I wish Alan Freed would get hired to run a dance channel on Sirius. Then I would immediately cancel my XM subscription.

I hread a rumor that Alan Freed may go to the System on XM 82 just a rumor thing but I haven't hear his voice yet since he was gone out of BPM. What happen to Vic Lation he wasnt stay long @ XM??
 
Vic is now a PD - look on the New York Radio board for that...

Alan will be doing mornings on the System XM82 soon.
 
I like BPM. They have more mix shows and still blows away Sirius The Beat which is horrible. They barely have any mix shows on that channel. No to the merger so BPM can stay the way it is.
