Albuquerque HD Radio stations

Taking a quick look at the recent trends there was a surprise listing for KTEG-HD2. Unlike the HD2s for KBQI and KZRR which feed the translators on 98.1 and 100.9 respectively, there is no translator for KTEG-2. So this would be the first time an HD station showed up by itself in the ratings. The format listed is Classic Rock but I could find any info on the HD stations here. I wonder how many diaries would need to list the station to get to 0.1? Are there any HD station listings anywhere?

Same issue I have. There is no master list of HD stations. When mt wife is shopping at TJ's, I scan the dial to find what is there. And even when I find something, it is pretty sure there will something else on the channel next time I scan.

I don’t know how up-to-date it is, but HDRadio.com keeps a directory.

It lists both KZRR HD2 and KTEG HD2 as The Breeze. Pretty sure when streaming it, I only hear KZRR HD2 mentioned in the legal, though my understanding is that HD Radio streams can ID visually.

I visited Best Buy this weekend and looked at a display car unit and scanned the dial, however reception on some stations was not very good. The only HD2s I found were the ones that feed the translators (KANW, KBQI, KZRR). KUNM also has an HD signal but no additional programming. No HD signal showed up on 100.3 but it's possible that last weeks outage knocked it out and restoring it may not be of high priority. But 95.1 didn't have any HD signal either and 104.1 was too weak so I could not find our mystery station and 104.7 was not coming in at all on this display unit. However what was advertised mainly was the ability to connect to Spotify and Pandora and other streaming services. That seems to be where it is all going now. I found an interesting article on the subject here: https://www.lifewire.com/problem-with-hd-radio-534510

The list I found on hdradio.com did not look up to date as 95.1 was listed as "all the hits" which they dropped over four years ago. There was no mention of The Breeze either. But I found this list which is not likely accurate either. http://radiostationworld.com/locati...merica/new_mexico/albuquerque/radio_stations/ It lists Hot 95.1 on KTEG-HD2 but that could be because KTEG fed 100.9 when the format started in 2014 until it was switched to KZRR at some point. 100.9 was also tied to 104.1 for a very long time prior to it becoming it's own station via the HD2 loophole.

Scanned through the AM dial yesterday. Checked every scanned station. None in HD. HD is a non-issue on AM here in Albuqueurque

The Wikipedia page for KTEG listed the HD2 as Dance Nation 90s so I streamed it and the top of the hour ID was indeed "KTEG HD2 Santa Fe". So apparently there is an audience here for 90s dance hits!
