Russian state owned Vesti FM is on 13730khz at 1910 May 19th check. While I try to keep current on news and schedules, especially new stations/shows, I don’t recall seeing news of this transmission anywhere.
This is part of a series of test transmissions using Vesti as a program source. 300kw transmitter in Transnistria (breakaway section of Moldova also known as Pridnestrovie) beamed to the Russian Far East.
