Alicia Kaye Joins KKHI

I was on KKHI, Denver's Smooth Jazz website tonight and notice they have added Alicia Kaye to their weekday lineup to replace Samantha Sloane during the mid-day shift. I think she will (voiceover, ? not sure of the term because I'm not in radio) but will still be in Tampa though to do drive home on WSJT's Smooth Jazz 98.7. (or at least that what they called it ) ::)

I think this is a good fit for KKHI, she much better here than WSJT. I have notice recently more BA stations doing away with their lineups and bringing in local people. Stations such as WLFM, KKHI, KOCD. Maybe this trend will continue.

I love Alicia..she has a very natural voice, one-on-one delivery, and doesn't fake it up or sex it up. Good for her..more exposure and an additional paycheck as well. I think she has a kid in college...
