Didn't we learn anything from Private Parts? Stern loves to do this kind of crap. If he were charged(which I think is an awesome idea by the way!) he'd probably see it as well worth it because he got away with it.
I always thought that when he first announced his move to Sirus(too bad he can't claim to be the first or the pioneer) that Infinity show have taken the bullet and just let him sit for a year. The worst thing you can do to a DJ is taken them out of thier element. Sure, everyone would have been talking about it initally but then the silence will come.
