1330AM KWFM (ex-Jolt) has been running an all Michael Jackson format all day today. No breaks, did not hear a legal ID. Have to tune in tomorrow to see how long the MJ marathon lasts!

Now THAT is comedy.Judy G. said:KWFM sounds great!
WHAAATTT????? Let me get this straight. NO ZERO NADA revenue coming in. NO ZERO NADA ratings and you're buying a new transmitter and tower???????????? A 10K rig will run you anywhere from 25 to 50 grand. New Tower? Proof please. New tower will run at least $250K. And the best part is you actually paid money to an air check company to refute a claim made here?Judy G. said:RadioWitten said:I would like to know the amount of $$$ in fines this kind of action racks up from the FCC.
LOL! Amy Ulm is probably wrapping John C. Scott in plastic and beating him with a stick at this point.
This kind of action? WTF! As your husband says "Are you nuts?"
There has been a legal ID at the top of every hour. Aircheck service confirmed that.
KWFM sounds great! I read on the net they now have a new tower and a 10,000 Watt transmitter. Hence the good signal coverage.

I don't quite understand the comment about the FCC fining them, not that I'm any big fan. From what I gather, there is no "format" requirements whatsoever from the FCC. So they sound like a mono ipod, don't half of the FM stations in Tucson do exactly that, except in stereo?
