Sometimes I have thought either show would be better without their writers!

Letterman will be better. He's got his writers, he'll have better guests and he'll have a full grown beard. Now THAT's Comedy! Right after you watch Dave with his mountain man look, don't forget to check out Conan with his beard too. He'll look like one of the Amish.

Late Night Talk is back and you will feel like you are in the Twilight Zone. Enjoy!

Leno *might* be better...what's more funny than having to resort to different material than the usual?

There's nothing more entertaining than a host beliving that everything is fine, when it might not be...

Leno has always been such a pi$$-poor interviewer...maybe he WILL be better without his writers.

Remember, years ago, when Johnny Carson came back from a vacation with a beard?? He kept it for a week or two before shaving it off.

When Dave and Conan eventually shave off their beards, people might think those shows are back in reruns.

Anyway, it's good to have those shows back on. ;D

Dave with a beard is something that is going to take a while to get use to.

But in the meet your staff segment, Dave was holding up pictures. Please someone tell Dave to take care of his nails and hands better. He had some red blotch on 1 of his nails. Plus I thought the segment was really boring.

Honestly I can't remember the last time I watched his show, so the curiosity factor worked tonight. And BTW the start of Kimmel's show was pretty bad.

You know what? Both shows were very good, given the cards that were delt.

I watched both after recording them on digital recorder.

I love Letterman's top ten list the best, expecially number two:

"I don't have a joke...we're on strike..."

That's priceless!

I was watching this in HDTV. So it was a little to clear for me. Thank God I wasn't eating. Dave looked like he had chopped down his own Christmas tree and had not washed his hands since. Plus he's got dirt underneath all his nails. The guy needs to clean up a bit. You would think he forgot that he had to go into work yesterday.
