All Quiet on the 96.1 FM

the booster station, licensed to Santee, and from Mount San Miguel is on -- but the main station at 96.1 FM is off the air.

So, a nice stereo carrier at 96.1 broadcasting silence. Get those PPMs handy.
 
Is Bill Zears still the EIC in San Diego? I can't believe he hasn't done anything about this yet. This is just blatantly illegal and an easy hit for a big fine.
 
We need to help sell KSIQ... using the flowery verbage that Realtors use, people could post notices like this on bulletin boards in supermarkets
