What are your all time favorite game shows?

Mine are(in no particular order)

1. Price is Right
2. Family Fued
3. Match Game
4. Press Your Luck
5. Sale of The Century
6. Win Ben Stein's Money
7. Remote Control
8. Double Dare
9. Hollywood Square
10. Wheel of Fortune
 
Price is Right is my absolute favorite. Other than that, it doesn't matter too much to me.

Also adding Let's make a deal. That wasn't all that bad of a show, and the new ones could have continued on Gameshow network. (one would think...)
And Exreme gong was ok too.

Price is right SHOULD be my all time favorite, but I'm a huge fan of the new Deal or no deal.
I love how they appear to have jumped the gun on ABC's this is your life.
They seem to be more of a "this is the deal or no deal of your life" kind of show now.
They bring in family members that the contestant was expecting to call (and stuff like that)
(when does "This is your life" air on ABC anyway? Did I blink and miss it?)

I also miss Greed, The Chair, and Dog eat Dog.

I hope the format of the new Family Feud doesn't change too much, because I thought it was fine the way it was.
I also hope Richard Karn gets a new game show gig soon. He was a good host for Family feud.

Trip has a pretty good list, so to add to it, I think Match game SHOULD return, With Richard Karn as the host!
Tic Tac Dough is another good one.
The New Whammy wasn't all that bad, and Friend or Foe was excellent. Expecially with Kennedy as the host.
I recommend Kennedy as new host of an all new (hour long) Weakest link, if Anne Robinson is not available. (Sorry Mr.Gray, you're still a good host for other shows though)

Speaking of all-time favorite game shows...

...CBS has one coming up later this spring. Its called "Game Show Marathon" and it will be hosted by Ricki Lake. Among the game shows that will be used in the seven episode series are "Price is Right," "Family Feud," "Match Game," "Press Your Luck," "Beat The Clock," "Card Sharks," and "Let's Make A Deal."

Anne Robinson aka Harry Potter in drag. LOL.

Anyways when that show first came on NBC I had a dream that I was a contestant on that show. In the dream my occupation was DJ at one of the 2 AM Hip-Hop stations in the market. All my questions were hip-hop related and I got every question wrong. After I got voted off Anne said to me "You've disgraced your radio station. I hope your boss wasn't watching, otherwise you're gonna be out of a job."

We get BBC America on Dish Network at work. It's funny watching the Bristish Version. The Brits aren't too smart either.

Anyway my favorite games shows:

Price is Right (The old school episodes that used to be on Game Show Network)
Match Game (The 70s version)
Press Your Luck
Family Feud (It's the only reason I tune into the "i" network).
Scrabble
Monopoly
Lingo

I also thought that The Chair was cool.

Joker's wild with Jack Barry, Match game with Gene Rayburn the 70's version, I always loved those questions especially the "Dumb Dora" ones, you know something like Dumb Dora was so dumb then the audience says how dumb was she then rayburn says she's so dumb it took her half an hour to blank? answer anyone?

My all time favorite is Match Game (70's). If any classic game show is brought back because of Game Show Marathon I hope this is the one.

I also liked (in no particular order):

Password
Pyramid (Any version except the latest with Donny Osmond. It was OK, but Dick Clark was better.)
Press Your Luck
Hollywood Squares
Jeopardy
Who Wants to Be a Millionaire
Deal or No Deal

I usually liked the game shows that gave away mostly or all money, with PYL being the main exception. I never cared anything about a lot of the prizes on The Price is Right or Wheel of Fortune. At least with money you can take your income taxes out of your winnings.

My faves:

Brainiac version--Jeopardy (both Art and Alex).

Guffaw version--the star-studded, big money
Match Game '73 ('74, '75...)
 
Maybe I'm showing my age, but my list would have to include "To Tell the Truth" and "What's My Line?" I grew up watching the syndicated '70's versions of both shows, although I remember watching "TTTT" during the '60's as well. Still, "Jeopardy" is at the top of my list. I'll take "Potent Potables" for $50, please.

Fremantle, which owns the Goodson-Toddman library, acquired the rights to use LMAD in the series. Plus this program will be a hour-long and will use a retro setting for each of the shows. Its also expected to shown over a seven-night period.
