Allaccess.com reports that all-bidness talk radio WXBR-AM 1460 in Brockton has been sold to an entity called Azure Media, headed by either Johnson Napoleon or Jhonson Napoleon (?) whose interests include a college with the Azure name: http://www.azure.com/history.html Notice that the URL extension is .com and not .edu. I guess the various and sundry pirates in the Brockton area weren't interested in a licensed station. I believe WXBR has been on the market for a considerable period of time.
 
A couple more fun facts: The sale price was $250,000. Azure Media, owned by Jhonson and Betsy Napoleon, also purchased WFHT Avon Park, Florida this past September for under 200,000. They also own Azure College in Florida, as stated.
