Allen Media buying ABC?

Probably not. If Allen Media bought the existing ABC O&Os, they would probably end up divesting a lot of small market stations because of FCC rules on national ownership coverage. NYC, LA and Chicago markets alone are about 1/8th of the population of the country, and the FCC limit is roughly 3/8.
