Allen Media closes on KVOA-TV Tucson

Looks like they're keeping NBC. Gray has a bad reputation for selling off transmitters but keeping non-license assets (read: network affiliations) for themselves. I take it that Allen Media insisted on keeping the affiliations of the stations they bought.

The new ownership is reflected on their website.
