Almost One Year Ago

We'll it's been almost a year since WHDH & WLVI of Boston was temporaily removed from Boston area DirecTV subscribers because of a dispute about a 500% increase, and that almost made New England Patriots fans miss their NFL team play in last years Super Bowl, but luckfully they were able to reach a deal in time for Super Bowl XLVI. Now if this had NOT been resolved by February 5, 2012 (The day of Super Bowl XLVI), what would've happed then? Any Thoughts?
