Alternative Rock in SA

I'm really surprised we don't have one here yet. Something similar to Buzz in Houston, Edge in Dallas, or 101X. The "alternative" scene here is pretty big, especially compared to a few years ago. I think a station like this would work. There is no station in town that plays She Wants Revenge, Muse, Social Distortion, Bad Religion, Daft Punk, The Sounds, etc...
 
I've been waiting for an alternative station in SA since I pulled in 101x for the first time back in 1995. While KISS was playing stuff like Journey at the time (I have an aircheck for proof), 101x was playing rock/alternative music that I, and others liked. I've heard all the great alternative rock music on 101x when i'm in or near Austin, plus I hear new stuff that isn't All American Rejects or whatever. But I pretty much lost hope in SA radio and am having to accept the fact taht we won't get such a station, that we will hear the same tired out country and rap songs.
