Alternative to Creative Extigy USB audio card.

My trusty 9 year old Extigy has gone to the the great studio in the sky. Any recommendations on alternatives? I'd like it to have one mic input and 1 stereo line input.
Thanks!

In a perfect world I'd like an external so I can grab it and my laptop and record from anywhere.
Those integrated cards are just too noisy and clip easily. Budget $100-$150 if possible but quality is more important than price. Thanks!

If you can find a M-Audio USB interface, get that. Or get the Behringer USB interface. Both are far better than SoundBlaster solutions and no bloated, annoying, buggy Creative to deal with.

The Mackie was a contender for my search, but to big for field mobile work. Does Audition CS6 come bundled with anything other than other Adobe software? Do any interfaces come with it bundled?
