Altoona format change

It appears that there will be a major format change at one of the Forever stations in the Altoona market. Anyone heard anything?
 
It's time to play...Spin the Wheel of Formats. I predict they'll go the route of an
FM talker like in State College. The most boring format to pick off would without a doubt be the current WALY. Of couse, WRTA and their local talk blocks seem to have the market wrapped up. A strong local morning talk might be an in for the Forever Changing Formats Broadcasting.
 
IT IS ABSOLUTELY-POSITIVELY-TRUE!!!

Not only that, it will involve several of their stations.

Here's the scoop: They brought in consultants and bean counters. After many hours of research they have decided at the affected stations, the office chairs were ruining the carpeting. Therefore, they have decided to change the floor mats.
