A lot are made inhouse, if a station is fortunate enough to have a talented imaging director. Others are "cut and paste" types of things, where a shell is produced by through a service (like chase cuts, frostbytes, etc) and the stations local info (show name, calls, positioner, etc) are placed within the shell using that stations voiceover God or Goddess.
Sometimes stations will pay (and it's not cheap) for parodies, etc to be made just for them by an outside service...same with jingles...not cheap...
