AM 1240 KVSO

By Far the Best Oldies station ive EVER heard in a long time.
[since 92.1 KXEZ switched from Oldies to Country ,sad day]
A great playlist of Oldies. Seems really Large. THen i saw their site
saying that a new format would be coming soon...
I Hope it stays oldies....

www.kvso.com

KVSO is now playing modern christian music. (KSEO in Durant also picked up the format last year) I wish they would have stayed oldies. I used to listen on my way to OKC. Thought they had a wider playlist than KLUV and KOMA. Oh well maybe they'll switch back in a couple of years. Seems like they change formats every few years. I believe they were oldies many years ago. Also anyone remember when they were top 40 nights and weekends and country weekdays. I also believe KKAJ was top 40.

Thanks for the info on GTO 107. I'll check it out next time I'm in Ardmore. Also looked at the website, saw Terry Bell was doing mornings. I remember him here in Dallas on WFAA and KRLD doing evenings many years ago. Is he local or sat/vt.

1240 still sounds like Oldies to me...
Thats so Weird eve nthe site says it but unless im gettin SUmthin else on 1240
It is Oldies

Are you using a digital or analog display?

I ask, because I'm wondering if you're getting 1270 KRVT, thinking you're on 1240.

They're 60s / 70s, and I've gotten reports you can pick them up in O.K.C. I never had much luck, but your mileage may vary. I got them in Guthrie pretty clear a few weeks back...

KVSO is still oldies. I was north of Dallas today, and punched up 1240 AM and sure enough oldies. Don't know what happened to the christian music format. I know what the website says, but I know oldies when I hear them. Hope it stays oldies.

I Live in Mckinney. Im Near the Line of the End of their Distant Signal.
I have a Digital Tuner.
And when i was Driving through Oklahoma I had 1240 on And it was
Definatly Oldies
