AM 1310 The King

Any body know what's up with AM 1310 WPBC? I haven't been able to pick them up for a couple of days, and I didn't see a phone number on the website to call. Hope they haven't gone dark - we need some progressive talk!

yeah, I've not heard them for a few days myself. Live stream gives nothing. Phone number is disconnected too.

I tried pinging Rodney Ho to see if he had any inside info....no word yet.

The website no longer carries the AM 1310 the King logo but says Atlanta Progressive Radio...The King (Internet Radio). The web stream was down Monday but I noticed it was back on Tuesday morning. Maybe they are going to be internet only for now?

"Metro Atlanta's News/Talk Leader"? ::)

Not according to the ratings. They have a long way to go before beating WSB. Look for them to flip to hispanic before summer time.

:) True, but if the River is still "New" can't someone else be "The Leader?"

The New Leader!

That station with it proximity to Clarkston should be a variety of different languages that live in the area, maybe an all Indian format.
