Is this frequency where I heard adult standards format when we visit Orange County. Knew about format change, but what happened to Jerry G Bishop? He was a popular dj on WCFL, later on real oldies 1690 in Chicago also but only on Saturdays. Also appeared on Chicago channel 32 as Svengoolie, hosted scary movies. Another format loss for San Diego!

The last time I saw was at least a few years ago and his was not healthy. I worked with him at KCBQ when he moved to San Diego from Chicago. He did a local TV show for many years, but has not been on the air in a long, long time.
