AM 1500: KSTP/MN + Station w/ Foreign Language

Station with foreign language, not sure where, not sure of the language, received from all directions!

Might have been 1500 CKAY Duncan, BC, if they are currently on the air, perhaps with non English speaking broadcasts, I'm not sure.

I have Craig Healy's West List http://www.am-dx.com/fcclist.htm for the Western Hemisphere. If this station was from Asia is there a similar list for Europe/Asia/Australia?

Most likely is 50 kw. talker from Mexico City,
