AM 1520 KHLT Hallettsville sound problems

This station has a bad hummm in it, possibly a ground wire not connected? But on the AM its fairly loud, its been like that since they changed to the new tower, wonder if they will ever fix that? I wish that was a Night/Day time powered radio station I can recieve them clearer then both 99.9 & 92.5.
