AM 1710 KHz station "W807" in Chicago

For two nights in a row I'm catching a station on 1710 KHz AM IDing as "W807" with music and ads for a tattoo parlor in the Chicago area. Anyone around Chicago know anything about this station - pirate, part 15, or? Any info appreciated. As a DXer, I monitor 1710 often and this seems to be new to the frequency here in West Michigan.

sounds like a pirate, there are traffic info stations in that freq area, but not what you described. Radio locator search came up empty.

Yes, almost certainly a pirate. I'm just curious if anyone else around Chicago has heard it, or if it's running 24/7? I found some old references to "W807" from the late 1990s so it's been around a while, but maybe not active until recently. Here's what it sounded like from my location over the weekend (weak reception, headphones recommended):

I've listened several time and have not heard anything. I'm in the near north Chicago suburbs.

Nothing heard in the western suburbs.
