AM 750 -- possible PSSA "bounce"?

I could not ID, but near Buffalo, MN at sunrise (7:30am), AM750 was coming in loud and clear. The language sounded Germanic, perhaps Polish or Russian. WNDZ seems logical programming wise, but could 750 go that far during the winter with PSSA? (I'm guessing yes, but I know you guys will confirm) :)

I'm assuming that's what you heard. At that time it's very possible and their directional pattern goes your way.

According to the letter dealing with their pre-sunrise authority WNDZ would probably have already been on their daytime power by that time. The PSRA allows them to run 500 watts, and this month they can start at 6:45. Sunrise is listed as 7:15.

WNDZ has been known to be quite a pest at times. I'm guessing that's what you heard.
