I see FCC auction of the CP was in April 2014. Doesn't a granted CP have 2 years to get a signal on the air ?

I believe it is 3. 720 is supposed to be diplexing into one of the 4 towers when built.

The owner of the construction permit for 850 AM has bought WKGE 850 Johnstown (10kw fulltime) and Applied to move it to 870 (Along was an FM translator )And has modified the Enola construction permit to increase day-and-night power .
