At 7:00A today, on 1140, logged CHRB from Alberta. I had only been on 1140 for about ten minutes. At the beginning WRVA Richmond was dominant, as usual. But WRVA faded shortly thereafter and I clearly heard reference to community radio in southern Alberta.
