AM Frequency of the Week: 1500

From west Houston, very similar to jim-satx, except that KANI in Wharton is a semi-local and is heard here all day. It disappears at night.

Regarding KCLF, I believed it was a daytimer, but back in February I ID'ed them at 11:45pm local time with a blues program. They do appear to simulcast with a 24-hour FM.

I was not aware that KBRN existed (not listed in mwlist), so will have to try for them.

San Jose, California has a very strong 10KW day/5KW nights KSJX, broadcasting programming in Vietnamese.

If I null it just right, which is incredibly difficult as the transmitters are literately right on my door step ( with major Hum ) and less than 6 miles from me, I can just barely hear KSTP out of Minneapolis/Saint Paul. I have not confirmed it, nor will I say its a catch just yet, but I do hear something resembling sports talk in the null. It's not there all the time, as KSJX is trying to close the null the best it can, but every so often, something can be heard ( talk ) before it fades out.
