AM Frequency of the Week: 550

Orange County, TX, pre sunrise and post sunset KTSA San Antonio with as good signal, days splatter from local KLVI, Beaumont, TX

I remember KTSA coming in quite well in the Houston area, with increasing splatter from KLVI as one traveled farther east. Where I worked off Gessner and Westheimer, KTSA was a dependable listen daytime.
Here in Columbus, Ohio, it's a moderately strong WKRC daytime and nothing at night. WKRC throws a soft null in this direction because of WGR from Buffalo and virtually no signal at all at night.

Days:::A very weak ( country ) KUZZ, underneath a very horrid spatter from 560 KSFO.

Nights:::A much better signal of KUZZ, as well as a host of other weak stations. Its nice to hear country music on the AM dial. Most of the stuff now is Syndicated stuff like Red Eye Radio or Coast to Coast ( which i can tolerate, if the subject is interesting, but George Norrey is no Art bell, that's for sure ), with foreign language, sports and religion ( in my area ) taking up the rest.
