Daytime, usually an unlistenable hash of WILL, WKTY and/or WIBW. Nighttime, an unpredictable frequency. WIBW shows up more often, but I have also heard WKTY La Crosse, WCHS Charleston, WV, CKWW Windsor, and the station on 580 from Piedras Negras, MX.
I guess Stars could be considered to be isotropic radiators, more or less. But they are not monochromatic (single frequency/wavelength) and are incoherent (random phase, not a single phase). And they are not a point source. There's the Physics joke about spherical chickens in a vacuum, meaning in this case, it is a reasonable model of isotropic for some purposes.

From south Overland Park, Kansas:
Day: A near local signal strength, non-directional WIBW. I am only 62 miles from their transmitter site.
Night: WIBW becomes directional with a signal to the west of Topeka, Kansas. WIBW can be heard at times at night at my location but often totally disappears. No other signals identified.
