I can actually hear WGN under KDWN. The two fight it out sometimes. That's quite a signal booming out of Chicago.
Like I said, it would be nice if these stations ( KALL and KDWN ) were to take a night off for scheduled maintenance, and to see how well those two stations do on the west coast. I don't mean to pick on KDWN or KALL, this goes for all stations.
When KKOH was of the air many weeks back, I could barely hear WBBM. Now mind you, I didnt have the 20" PK loop. That night, they had one of the classic nightly shows going, and its wasn't very audible.
