AM Frequency of the Week: 790

Here in Newfoundland over the past 10 years I have logged the following on 790 khz

CIGM - Sudbury, Ontario
CFNW - Port Aux Choix, Newfoundland
WAXY - South Miami Florida
CUBA - R. Reloj
WPRV - Providence, Rhode Island

WAXY....wow! Their signal goes E/W at night I think, to protect another station in Florida!! It was reported in Australia as well, as WMRZ maybe, in the early 90s.

They run 25 kw fulltime, permitted by the FCC I believe, to combat Cuba.
