Same here.From Pickerington, Ohio, it's local WMNI. Mediocre signal at best given how directional WMNI is at all hours.
At 1,000 watts daytime and 500 at night, it sends virtually no signal anywhere but due north. I've heard it driving along the Ohio Turnpike between Toledo and Sandusky,
Yes, that station had a good signal into Ohio. We're playin' the hits, Fairmont. (see my previous comment)Cordelia:
We visited relatives in Norfolk often. One night on their identical Zenith console radio to ours back in Queens, I caught a pretty good signalled WMMN from West Virginia. Effortlessly.
They've recently cut back, to one tower and 200 omni watts at night. But in those days they were 5000 24/7, with a huge directional lobe southeast, at you.
Their still-current 5000-omni day pattern could be another catch for you one night when you drag in the sunset, or some SRS when you're making eggs and grits.
Or whtever they have for breakfast in Dixie by you. :-}
