I swear, three out of the past four days I was listening to 98Rock between 6:45 and 7:15pm, I heard Live's "Lightning Crashes".

The awful segue's, now this. With all due respect, is someone having a bad week over there?
 
According to Mediabase, WXTB has played Lightning Crashes 112 times in the past 12 weeks... about 10 times a week. Why on earth would you have a problem with that?
 
He's saying that he hears the same song every day around the same time.

What that could be is a "default" music log that someone doesn't do enough tweaking to or something.

Rick, I love the song and 98Rock...all I am saying is that the rotation has been sloppy, along with their segues. Nobody has mentioned it here, so I did.

Sorry... I didn't catch that you meant the rotation issue. One "doink" to me.

Yeah man, that's just lazy programming. A couple of clicks in any music scheduling program will give you a nice, clear visual of a song's play history, so if they're ignoring that, then what else are they ignoring? And will it lead to more of the "same-o lame-o" ratings?

Personally? I blame global warming.
