AM MUSIC PARADISE

Just trot down to the South Jersey shore, WMID, IMHO, the BEST oldies station of all time (music wise), landslide blend, nothing like 98 or 950, give it a listen if you don't buy it, WCMC-Standards, WTKU-oldies, WOBM-Standards, WADB Country on 1310, plus a whole load of AM signals coming in playing music that I could not identify. Would someone please tell these Philly grammars that music is alive on AM. On another note, this article appeared in this weeks Atlantic City Weekly newspaper, from staff writer Raymond Tyler, Ouote: "The Touch done lost they mind." It seems that WTTH the Touch, the only major media outlet to market to the areas black community, has decided to play Christmas music all day, every day. Several people have come up to me since last week asking if the people at the Touch have lost their mind. Since, Johnny Cochran is dead and I couldn't afford him anyway, I'll keep my feelings about the people who run the Touch and what they think about black people to myself and avoid a lawsuit. Instead, my message instead is to the black community itself. Unquote. The article continues to say that Atlantic City needs a media outlet that is owned, operated or marketed to intelligent black people in the area, et al. I ask you, what does his bias article have to do with WTTH playing Christmas music, since when is Christmas music a white thing?, all the Christmas music being played is performed by black artists. What about the people who run the Touch, are they anti-black also, give it a break, sounds like he has a real axe to grind.
