AM Pirate in Salisbury

Anybody heard the AM pirate in Salisbury on 1700. Covers from Salisbury U. to the Centre at Salisbury, east to the bypass. By the way it's running a Hatian format I think (don't speak the language). The antenna is on a building on East Main street east of the park.
