AM Pirate station on 1690/1700 in NYC

I heard a pirate station last weekend on 1700 AM with a strong signal in New York (bleeding on to the adjacent frequencies), and it could still be heard 35 miles away at night. Another poster also heard that pirate station, but it was on 1690. So here's an opportunity to DX a pirate AM station from New York City since its strong enough to be heard via skywave. It has music in a foreign language.

1690 for me is usually dominated by either CHTO, a multicultural from Toronto or CJLO, college radio from Montreal. 1700 on the other hand is more DXable so I will have to check to see if I hear anything unusual.

Aren't there a couple of pirates on 1700, one from NYC and another from Boston area, one operating in Spanish the other French/Creole? Or is that 1710? I have bagged those pirates up here in eastern Ontario.
