Miami has a huge-signal 50 kw'er which covers the whole market plus half the Caribbean beautifully at night, but you can lose them less than two miles away from their array in the exact direction toward co-channel, WOR.

But WAQI does not cover the whole market at night. It covers one county of the metro, but covers very little of the other county. And that is why, several decades ago, it became a Spanish language station. But now, with the huge Hispanic population increases in Broward, it does not even cover that segment of the market any too well.

Quite a pattern on Lookout Mt, TN station, check Las Vegas AM's on their nighttime signal pattern. Parts of metro area weak and I know as we have a place there. Makes you wonder again who they're protecting. KNBR San Francisco booms in to Vegas at night, but LA stations not very strong.
